Designer Kay Unger was looking for a professional, green conscious contractor for her new residence in SOHO. A previous Wooster Street parking garage had been turned into high-end condos. Upon purchase it was a stark, blank slate that needed warmth and personalization.
The final product included many custom millwork pieces, a media room, large master bedroom, and fabric wall treatments.
